Trips

Plan trips the way you travel: day by day.

An itinerary with journeys, stays and stops, the costs against the budget, the bookings, and in the end a trip document you can pass on.

The itinerary

Day 1 is the day of departure. Journeys with legs for each train, flight or ferry, stays in hotels, stops and excursions. A line can sit on a trip day rather than a date: move the departure, and the whole trip moves with it.

  • Variants: exactly one is bought
  • Optional extras, priced, but in the plan only once chosen
  • Extensions: a cruise with the stay after it

Costs and settling up

What is planned, committed, paid and left, per category and against the budget. Estimates count until a booking replaces them. The settlement says who paid what and who owes whom.

Costs: planned, committed, paid, left.

A trip document to pass on

The whole plan as a PDF, with pictures, for those travelling along. Then a booking sheet with what a travel agency needs, and a cost sheet. A place, an excursion or a ship becomes a one-page brochure.

Places, excursions and vehicles

Countries, cities, accommodation, restaurants, sights and photo spots, ships and trains with their cabins. Every place knows the trips that took you there.

Good to know
